AW: We're getting a puppy!!

I haven't been around much lately, but wanted to post our exciting news!!

We're getting a golden retriever puppy next weekend!! She'll be 8.5 weeks old when we get her. We went and visited the breeder last weekend and the puppy basically "chose" DS. She seemed very attentive to DS. It was really fun and neat to watch their interactions.

 We were hoping to get the dog to train it to be a therapy/companion dog for DS (who has autism), so we really wanted to find the right/perfect puppy for him and us.

 We have been talking about getting a dog for months and we made DS a social story about us getting a dog. He seems very excited about our new addition. We made a visual count down chart to when we'll be picking her up. :-)

Now, please help us name her!! :-) We can't decide and each of the names DS says he likes. We also only gave options that he's able to say now so that he can call her.  Or do you have any other recommendations?

Names we came up with:

Lily -- Sofie -- Annabelle (belle)

   He was trying to get her to lick his tongue. lol

We asked DS to name our first red beta fish and he named it "goldfish."  The 2nd one is just "fish."

I like Lily, but can understand a pp about people names for a companion that will be around others.  So I vote for Lily or Sweetie.
