RnP friend or foe???

Today I decided to wash Mr. C's bouncer, swing and RnP as I usually do every couple weeks. Well today I saw mold on the RnP. On the white material part that is attached to the frame. Not a huge amount but any mold is too much in my book. I look up RnP to find it has been recalled for mold. SERIOUSLY?!?

I am trying to return this thing tomorrow! Sadly it has been the only thing that he has successfully slept in for 6 plus hours. I suppose this is the perfect excuse to transition him to his crib or the PnP. Sigh.....praying for an easy night!

I knew that the older model had been recalled. I check ours periodically but have never had a problem.

Are you in a really humid area?

You're probably going to be battling mold with it given your climate. If you want to keep using it, you could try wiping it down with grapefruit seed extract and letting that dry before putting the pad back on. It's a mold deterrent and it's not supposed
