Aches and pains at 20 weeks pregnant

Anyone else start to get uncomfortable around this mark?  I've been experiencing lower back pain that starts at my hips and goes to my tailbone.  I went to the doctor on Thursday and he checked me out, no signs of premature labor, cervix long and closed.  It hurts to walk sometimes.  Also, I've been getting aches in my belly too.  I've gained about 20 lbs and it's all in my belly so Im guessing that's why I'm so uncomfortable.  Just looking to see if this was the time others felt like this?  Does it just get worse?  TIA.

I have pain just across the top of my bump.  OB said that this area is less stretchy than the rest of the abdomen and that is why I get a pulling sensation there.

I have my random aches and pains too. Sounds like it'll just get worse from here. But, oh so worth it!

At my 21 weeks appointment this week I gained 20 pounds and like you it is all belly. My uterus was measuring 31cm. I said no wonder I feel like I am going to burst. I have been so uncomfortable for a few weeks now. I feel your pain. I keep trying

I had hip pain from about 16-22 weeks and then it subsided but that restricted what I could do for awhile. Now at 24 weeks I started having rib pain, oy!
