This woman on this other board I frequent is 43 and just got a BFP with an undetectable AMH...naturally.
But here is the kicker, her AFC when she was 33 (10 years ago) was 8-9 and her AFC when she was 37 was 5. She has had 4 kids between 33 and 43 and two of them were after the AFC of 5 reading. All children were conceived naturally or with minimal intervention. Her FSH has always been normal or only slightly elevated.
IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014
