BF and evening attire

I wake up soaked with sweat and milk every night and need to change at least once. I'm down to just wearing a tank at night. Curious if others experience this too? Suggestions for what to wear?

Re: BF and evening attire

  • In the beginning I woke up soaked in sweat too - I think the OB said it was the hormones.  I just did t-shirts - 2 or 3 a night, but it did end after a month or so (I think...).

  • I wore a nursing bra with Lansinoh nursing pads. Since it was summer that was usually all I wore on top.

  • I had the same issue, I wore my husbands undershirts
  • When your supply regulates, you will stop leaking. I haven't had to wear nursing pads since 8 weeks. I do wear a tank top to bed, but only because it's easier to nurse them.

  • I wear a tank and button down pjs, keeping an extra set of each on hand at night.  I still wake up a bit sweaty at 3 months!
