Pregnant...

So for those who are currently pregnant how are you feeling?  I am 10w1d (due 11/7/13) and I am doing well.  I already gained a few pounds which did not happen with my Feb 12 baby but I am always starving and if I dont eat I feel super sick.  Other than that time is flying compared to when I was pregnant last time. Having a toddler to take care of and a full time job (with an hour commute each way) does not leave mcuh time to relax so time seems to just disappear.
