I don't care for Xander at all. I don't mind it as a nn for Alexander, but as a stand alone, it seems so space age or something.

My favorites would be Xander Ryan and Isla Quinn, I dislike Emerson Quinn, I would have no clue of gender, and I read -son as -sin so it's matchy to me.

The only boy name on your list I like is Sullivan.  The others are trendy/NMS.  For the girl names, I don't really care for either of them, but I guess I'll vote for Isla because I dislike boy names on girls.

I like Quinn Alexander the best. I prefer full names so I would vote for Alexander (Xander) Ryan or Alexander (Quinn) as my second choices. I don't like random surnames so it's a no on Mason and Sullivan.

Boys: Alexander is nice for a fn, and you could use Xander as a nn. That would be my top choice. Then Mason. I do prefer Quinn on a boy. But Sullivan is too much of a last name for me. 

Girls: Isla and Isabella/

I think DH and I are pretty much settled on Quinn as a girl name for us.  I don't think Quinn is a boy name at all.  It is feminine to me.
