How do you fit it all in?

My Lo has been in private Speech Therapy for 2 years now but, recently started Full day Autstic Preschool 3 weeks ago.   I can't figure out how to fit the Speech therapy in any more.   He goes from 8:40-1:40 and by the time he comes home he is so exhausted that he usually naps from 2:30-4:30.   Our speech therapist does not  offer evening or weekend apts so I'm not sure what to do now.  He does get speech theapy at school 3 days for 30 minutes and 1 day group speech therapy .  I have an apt next month with developmental pedi so I will talk to her than but, was wondering if any one has a similar situation.  Lo is doing so good right now that I would hate for him to fall behind.

I agree with auntie on this one.  It might be time to stop the private ST.  Chris also gets speech 2x a week for 30 minutes at pre-school but I've also been told that she comes to the classrooms as well and does more group exercises with them as

Is this a total of 2 hours over one school week?

You probably may need to break up as PP mentioned. Look for another slp or do without.

I have 2 extra hours added after DS's naptime but I have a master's degree student that goes to DS's day

At Preschool he get's 3 (1/2 hour ) session that are private and 1 that is group in the classroom.   He was getting 2 hours a week private before we started school but, I haven't been able to fit that in since he started school a few weeks ag

Yeah, I would at least experiment with doing without it.
