Prior to becoming pregnant, I did P90x on a daily basis. I did the lean routine schedule, because I found Plyo too hard on my knees. I did get really sick of Tony Horton's jokes. so I am looking for another workout that could be done during nap-time, and wouldn't be hard on my knees. Any suggestions if ChaLEAN Extreme is too extreme on the knees?
