I have a family member that went through her first IUI and had three mature follies on go day and, of course, I'm analyzing her numbers (silently...I don't want to freak her out).

Her beta was strong at 70 (not particularly high for multiples) but, her progesterone was 51-that seems high to me.  I have no idea what mine was.

What was your progesterone at 14 days out?  Thanks   : )

Is she on supplements? 51 is good but not necessarily high. Our RE wanted over 20 and just told me it was good each time as the amount of progesterone fluctuates throughout the day and day to day.

It doesn't necessarily mean anything.  With DS1 there were 3 mature follies and we did an iui. My numbers were high for hcg and progesterone, but it was a singleton pregnancy.

My progesterone was at FOUR at 6w pregnant, so I think anything is possible!

I was wondering about my progestrone as well because at 15dpo mine was 30...and my beta was 820.  But after asking my RE, he said that a lof of fertility meds mature the follicles so much that they secrete a high amount of progestrone immediatel

High progesterone can indicate multiple follicles ovulated but doesn't say as much about number of embies.

Mine was 99.

I had extremely high progesterone with my singleton pregnancy and now with this twin one.  With my twins (due in Aug), it was over 100 and near 100 with my singleton.  I was on progesterone in oil shots (IVF) which I was able to stop after beta

Mine was 20 and I was given suppositories on top of PIO injections.  They wanted at least 30.  The higher the better- I was told.

At 5 weeks my progesterone was 12, and I was placed on supps. My first beta at 5 weeks was 78 or 80, I think. FWIW, my twins were really "slow growers." My OB actually scheduled a DC after a scan at 6w5d when the sacs were still empty. We went back at 7w3
