Almost one and still refusing most solids

My baby was an eating machine when we first started solids and until about 9 months of age. She had GERD since birth and it got worse. We were able to get her on a good med that controlled it. But she has never really started eating much solids again. She will eat puffs and yogurt bites but everything else pretty much a struggle. She is not thrilled about being spoon fed but also does not want to pick up table food to even try. She usually will touch the food and then start trying to get out of the high chair. Her weight is great and she loves her bottle. She still takes 4 bottles a day and after reading other people posts I feel I might be giving her too much formula. She takes about 24 oz a day. I just started mixing in small amounts of wcm to her bottle. I really want to get her switched to the sippy cup as well but that has been a bust as well. She only wants water in the sippy. I would love any advise if you have had similar issues. I have seen a nutritionist for her but it was through WIC and she really was no help.

I had terrible, terrible, terrible HB during pregnancy so I can totally understand you LO not wanting to eat.  It's really painful and it sounds like she has made the association between food and pain:(
