"Normal" spit up for Newborn?

Does anybody know what amount of spit up is normal for a 3 week old? She doesn't seem to spit up after meals, only after a couple hours. We did make sure she burped, but it still happens. Is this reflux? I guess it's time to call the pediatrician, but DH says its normal. He doesn't know any more than I do, so I can't help but worry.

Did it all increase in the last week?  If so, it could be colic-related.  Colic usually shows up around 2w.
