Positive GBS

Anyone already experience the delivery of their LO being GBS positive?

I was negative with DS1, but this time I am positive. I know it's fairly common and they just give you antibiotics during delivery to prevent passing anything to baby, but it still makes me a little nervous. Do the antibiotics have any affect on the baby? How low is the risk that baby will contract anything from me even with the antibiotics? Tongue Tied
