Hi ladies. Ive been scrolling through all these posts about sleep problems. DS will be 3 next month and we've been super nanny'ing it at night for almost a year and it almost always end in me or DH totally losing it by the 20th time to put him back in bed. Naptime he just jumps from his rails onto his bed and goes in his closet and pulls everything out! Total nightmare, especially bc my 19 month old is in the next room trying to sleep too!
I want to start doing sticker charts, my question is will this work for nap time too? Do I combine it all together? Or maybe do separate charts for naps, bedtime and potty?
TIA!
Re: 3 yr old charts help!
I'd combine them in one chart. I had two "big kids" (4 and 5) live under our custody and teach first grade, so this next thing isn't coming from out of nowhere.
...I just do one blank paper and bigger sized stickers. They
first of all lock up the closets. Secondly, put a gate at his door and don't cave. Just lockdown his room and leave him there for a little while, maybe he will sleep. He may also be done with naptime... my 3 year old doesn't nap anymore.</p
