First Time on a Plane with an Older Preemie

I need some tips on taking my former 25 weeker for her first plane ride with me next month.  She is now four, so I am not as worried about illness and germs as I am about logistics of air travel with a little person.  Our flight is relatively short, with a layover.  Any ideas appreciated.
