What cover do you use with your GMD workhorses?

We've always loved Thirsties sized covers with our workhorses, but I'm finding that the small cover doesn't fit well over the medium diapers, but a medium cover would, I think, be too large? The small Thirsties is supposed to fit to 18 lbs., and right now my daughter is about 15 lbs. We have a couple of size one Duos that aren't really giving us good coverage in the rise, either. What do you use with your medium workhorses?

They run small. We started Thirsty duo wrap size 2 at 12lbs.

We also started using the size 2 Thirsties around 12-13 lbs.  They are just a little big, but I think they fit just fine.  I've tried a few different covers and Thirsties are still my favorite.

I use Thirsties duo size 2 and I also like my Flip cover.

We do a large GMD workhorse at night with a medium or size 2 Thirsties cover on the second rise setting. The size one duos stopped fitting DD around 15lbs, too. The waist was fine, but she needed more room in the rise. I would get some size 2s to use with
