Fats rolls

Lo has had red irritation in her little fat rollsI assume from sweat. Baby powder nor eczema cream has worked:

Anyone else have this experience?

    You can try an antifungal like Lotramin. Or do cornstarch instead of baby powder.

    Last summer DD had this on her neck mostly.  A&D or Desitin always worked, but now I use coconut oil for everything.
