People using horrible grammar IRL is getting out of hand. Things that used to be considered funny because they sounded illiterate (sp?) are now common phrases.

I have a coworker who uses the phrase, "up under" all the time. Example: "Yes, you can find that file if you go up under this contract number."
FAIL.
I would just ignore said person until they could speak acceptable English.
