Switching to one nap a day

What time do you put baby down for a nap? We had been putting her down at about 10:30 am and 3 pm but now she is fighting both naps. I'm thinking about trying one nap but am unsure when to put her down, she usually is up between 7:30 and 8:00 am and goes to bed at about 7:30 pm.

You read my mind.  We are at the same place (same times you listed too).  Tomorrow I am gonna try to feed him lunch at 11:15 and put him down for his nap at 12.  We will see how it goes!

DS takes his nap from 12-2pm.

When DS takes only one, it's right around noon.

We do 12:30, but I think you'll probably be better off watching her for cues that going off of what others do.  She may not be able to hold out as long, she may hold out for longer.

DD goes down for her nap between noon and 12:30. She is awake for the day around 7 and goes down at night around 7:30/7:45ish. Her nap is typically about three hours long.

We just watched DS and went by his cues. I think we originally did the nap around 12:30, but he pushed it back to 2:00 a few months ago.

P is up between 6:30 and 7....nap between 10:30 and 11.....bed between 6:30 an 7.

Cordelia gets up around 7, naps about 1, then bedtime is about 7:30.

My son was on just about your same exact schedule! He would take an am nap but only for about 30 minutes and take a longer afternoon one. So I just kept him awake until 1 which was after lunch and he had time to wind down. I let him sleep until 3-3:15 and

Ages ago, at 2 naps, DD did 7am wake up, 11:30-1pm nap, 4-5:30pm nap, 7:30pm bedtime (8:30pm asleep, if lucky).

When we switched to 1 nap around 16 or 17mo, it was 7am wake up, 1-2:30pm nap, 7:30pm bedtime (8:30pm asleep, if lucky).

I would recommend gradually pushing your morning nap back by 15 min per day and compensating w/ an earlier bedtime (about 30 min) until the nap is around 12-1pm.

DS' current schedule is 6/6:15am WU, 12:30-2/2:30pm nap, 7:30/7:45pm bedtime.
