I'm looking for a carrier for my DH. He's 6'3" and 360. We have the Ergo, which I love and use often and hubby wants to wear DS too, but even with the extension belt the Ergo won't fit. We've tried the Bjorn and all structured carriers to no avail. Any suggestions?
Re: Carrier for big and tall man
I'd try something less structured. A mei tai is still pretty easy to manage and easy to find with long straps. Kozy Carrier does XL straps, for sure.

My husband had a similar issue with the Ergo so we purchased a a Boba. I think the fit/feel is very similar to the Ergo, but it's much more accomodating to larger sizes.

See if you can take him somewhere to try them on. DH found the Ergo didnt fit his frame very well. My DH likes the Chimparoo Trek, he's 6' and 230.
