double stroller help

Hi...

I'm looking to get a lightweight double umbrella stroller for my 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old. Has anyone used the clips to attach 2 singles together?  Or do you think that a regular double would be better?

    I've never used the clips myself but have heard from others they're a huge pita and don't work well...
