Late intro!

Hey VBAC mamas! I recently rediscovered TB, and decided to become active! Little bit of background on our family:

I have a 3 year old daughter from a previous marriage, and am now with the love of my life. We are expecting a boy (!) in May, and are planning a VBAC!

My birth story with my DD was pretty general, I went late, was induced, and ended up with a C for failure to progress. After she was born, they determined my dates were off and she was probably still a few weeks from being ready and my body just didn't want to go into labor.

I had a really hard time emotionally with my recovery. I felt like I was betrayed, and my body failed. Since, I have worked through these emotions, and am empowered and ready for our VBAC. We found a midwife and her assistant that we absolutely love, and we are planning on a hypnobabies, birthing center birth.

Welcome. Sounds like you're on track for a great VBAC.  You don't have long to wait!
