Swelling feet?

I'm about 22 weeks and today I noticed my feet swelling....like jello jiggling swelling. This didn't happen with my first until after my c-section and it only lasted about a week. Besides propping my feet up, does anyone have any suggestions or tips to reduce the swelling?

    Avoid salt, drink water and stay off your feet.

    I did what the pp said and I soaked my feet in water and Epsom salts eveey night. That helped too.

    I agree with a pp, my only reprieve was the super sexy compression socks, and even now at 31 weeks, I'm developing the talent to swell even in those. Without them however, my ankles would seriously be the size of softballs.

    Stay off your feet as much as possible, drink lots of water and get yourself some compression socks.  DH and I also joke about how sexy the socks are - especially since I need help to get them on! :)

    Omg compression socks? Lol...I'll try anything that may help. Where can I find such a fabulous article of clothing?

    I just called my local drugstore the other day to ask if they had compression socks and they do!
