double umbrella stroller?

I'm looking to get an inexpensive  double umbrella stroller for a trip we are taking in the fall.  It will be used mostly in an airport and on the resort property.  I don't know that I'll use it much after that, so I'd like to keep it as cheap as possible.  The girls will be 3 and 15 months and the time of the trip.  Any suggestions would be great!

    The cheapest option might be to get the clips that attach two cheap umbrella strollers together.
