can chaste tree affect CM?

Does anyone know or had experience with chaste tree affecting their CM pattern?

I've had a very similar pattern since we started charting in 2010 and this month it changed. I've been on chaste tree pills since February since my naturopath recommended it for low progesterone.

I had spotting anywhere from 7 - 10 days before AF for the last 8 cycles and my MD didn't think it was a problem, which is why I went for a second opinion. I also have awful pms - cramps and nausea - that would usually result in me taking a sick day from work. If I was at work, my boss told me to go home since I looked really ill. :S

I think chasteberry is the same thing as vitex, which messes with your hormones (hence your naturopath suggesting it for low progesterone) - which in turn can affect your CM.  But like MandJS said, it could be the chasteberry, it could be your cycle

The only reason I ask is because I typically have sticky/creamy/EW/creamy/sticky CM. I'm never dry. So DH and I were safe Saturday with sticky CM. Sunday I had EW which sort of freaked us out a bit. Guess we'll see! There was
