    Maybe Craigslist.  I used to watch children in my home and I would just post an ad on Craigslist.

    I have not started my search yet, but I did sign up at Care.com and may use them to find a babysitting or SAHM when my maternity leave ends. I am not opposed to craigslist, but I like that care.com has a better screening and matching process.
