I'm skipping today!

I'm skipping my usual workout today because I just spent the last hour racking, shoveling and moving peebles, rocks and wood. I'm sweating hard and still out of breath. It looks good and I feel great though!

That's awesome! I got in a good workout raking a few weeks ago as well. I'm sure out yards will look great this summer. I keep puttering while DS is playing.

I know! I can't wait to get the flower beds cleaned out and more planted in the garden. We just moved into this house in January so the yard is a mess. Good luck with your yard!

Thanks. We lucked out and bought a house from a gardener. We just need to maintain her hard work and good eye. I find I do enjoy gardening. It is a good workout, too.

That is even better! My mom is a gardener but the house we are in now sat for a while so everything is out of control. I bet your yard will be gorgeous!

Dh and I are slowly learning. We knew nothing when we moved in. The previous owner balanced the flower beds in the backyard so every three weeks of so, we have different plants coming in in the three flower beds in the backyard. We've been here for seven

That's really cool! My mom knows about all that stuff but she didn't pass it on to me. I wish I knew what she does because I'm lost when it comes to flowers but at least I have her to help out. I'm pretty good with a vegetable and fruit garden! My DD inhe
