Baby breakouts

He's developed little bumps on his cheeks this week.  Has anyone experienced this?  The only thing I can think of is that he always gets his formula on his face and even though I wipe it off I'm wondering if it can cause these breakouts.

Sounds like just a little baby acne.  DD had it too, but it went away with time.

It's probably baby acne DS developed bumps like this around 2 weeks old and they eventually cleared up on their own.

DS has this also. Just get a damp wash cloth and wipe his face and then pat dry a few times a day after he eats/spits up. DS's went away after doing this

This is around the time they get baby acne because of hormonal changes. DS got a severe case of it 2 weeks ago and it's getting better now.

My daughter is also going through this. The pedi said it will clear up pretty soon.
