LO is asleep between 7-7:30p, and he wakes between 6:30-7a, however it takes him around 15-30mins to fall asleep so I have to get him in bed no later than 7p otherwise he gets overtired and it's a nightmare. I can't push things back because of work/day
DD2 goes down between 7:15 and 7:30, but doesn't usually fall asleep until closer to 8. She's the type to talk to herself a bit to wind down, so putting her down a little earlier works better.

7:30 and has been since he was about 4 months old or so- I tried to push it later (so he'd sleep later), but it didn't work at all. 7:30 is his routine.
Bedtime is 6:30-6:45. About half the time she is asleep right away and half the time she is talking to herself for up to 30 minutes. She has always had early bedtime and wakes for day between 5:30 and 6am. We have tried several times
We aim for between 8:30 -9:00 but sometimes it stretches out until 10. I was a lot more precise with bedtime when I was working but now that I'm SAHM I just kind of go with the flow.
