Need to lose wright

Know of any good exercises to lose fat? I'm doing it mainly for health reasons rather than looks. I don't want to get diabetes not do I want to have more than the norm trouble walking or even breathing when in my 3rd trimester.

  • I don't think most doctors would recommend you losing weight during pregnancy.  Depending on how overweight you are, your doctor might suggest not gaining too much weight, however.  I know I let my weight get out of control before I got pregn
