Cutting Nails need help

DS hates to have his nails cut. It takes DH holding him down and me pinning his hand and cutting to get it done. He screams the entire time. Does anybody have any advice to make this process easier and more enjoyable for everyone involved? I used to do it when he was nursing and he wasn't thrilled but was too focused on eating to put up much of a fight. Now that his multitasking has gotten better that doesn't work any more. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I always cut and file DD's nails while she is sleeping.

If he doesn't sit still, I'll do it while he's holding his bottle and eating.

Sometimes I prop her head up with the boppy and distract her with a toy.

Ds doesn't mind now, nut when he was younger I would do it while he was sleeping.

After a bath their easier to cut so less time and less stress. Also I do lo after he watches me do his big brothers and he doesn't fuss as much maybe do yours or dh first while lo watches.

I cut her nails when she is in her high chair. She can't get away from me. 

I recently had to do this with my 3 yr old. She hates having her toenails cut.
