S/O Placenta pills and Ergo (not related to each other)

I see that some of you ladies have taken placenta pills, and that you have been able to take them for several months! I heard that they usually only last you about 2 or 3 months, so anyone care to shed some light on how you made them last (I heard you have to take so many a day in order to get any benefit from it)?

 

I was wearing my Ergo Performance yesterday, and I put it on, and wanted to see how DS would do in the back carry. He stayed in it for about a minute before I decided to switch him to the front carry. Today (and last night) my back has been killing me! The only thing I can think of is that it was wearing DS in the back carry. When I wore DS (in the back carry) he wasn't high on my back. I'm not really sure how to make him be high on my back in the Ergo. Could it be that he is just too small right now, and we just need to wait until he's a few months older?

I am still taking my placenta capsules, LO is 16 days old. I think I had 100 capsules and I took 2 pills 3 times daily the first week, 2 pills 2 times daily the second week and now I take 1 pill daily until they are finished.

Same as previous post. Mine made 191 pills, I'm 6 weeks pp and still taking 2 a day for energy. I also had a tincture made that mix into a glass of water when stressed/irritated and I find it totally helps - I plan on tapering my pill dosage tomorrow and
