So I am looking for a new nanny...again. Sigh. First one we found out was smoking on the job. Second one is AMAZING, BUT is moving due to husband's job.
The question I have is what experiences have you had with older versus younger nannies? Is there an age minimum or maximum you looked at when looking for a nanny? My first lady (the one who lied about being a smoker) was actually in her 50's with a ton of experience, but clearly that didn't mean much. My most recent nanny was younger (32), but still not "young." Alot of the applications I am getting are from young women...a lot from ages 19-22. When selecting a nanny how much did you consider age/experience?
