Zoloft Nervousness

I started taking Zoloft about a week ago after the birth of my twins.  I also took it after the birth of DD #1 but not until about two months after she was born.  

I've noticed in the morning I'm feeling pretty nervous.  It isn't debilitating and seems to go away once I am up and about but it is making nervous to nurse in the morning as that isn't going very well at this point.  Everyone is telling me to give up nursing but I think the nerves about it might stem from a side effect of the Zoloft.

I'm meeting with a psychiatrist in two weeks (earliest I could get in) and talking to a therapist this week.  Right now, I'm on 50mg.

Has anyone had this nervousness on Zoloft?  How long did it last?  How did you cope>

    Zoloft and Paxil did it to me. I like paxil and it goes away after a few weeks but do talk with your doc just in case.

    Zoloft did that to me.  My doctor reduced my dosage and also suggested that I eat something when I take it.
