    I have a list of questions and a contract that I can email to you. I have sent it to 3 other nesties. They all found them to be pretty helpful.

    I was a nanny and I remember the best questions that I was asked were ones that I had to explain how I would handle a situation like...What would you do for a nose bleed? How would you handle it if my child was crying for over an hour? What types of activities will you introduce to my child?
    Put me on the spot and forced me to give genuine answers.
