DD1 not sleeping

My LO is six days, my older is 23 months. She has always been a relatively good sleeper who goes down easy and sleeps ttn. However since LO came home she is a nightmare to put down! 2 to 3 hours of crying or having to sit by her bed constantly. We are trying to keep our same routines, and she is getting lots of one on one time. Some daytime tantrums but nothing major. We have tried letting her cry it out, letting her be alone an checking in to reassure her at gradually longer periods, and just plain old sitting with her. No luck. Anyone have similar problems or suggestions to try other than time? I am beat!
