I got this calendar at Michaels that you affix your own pictures to. So I am putting pictures of the kids in that. I am also giving her and FIL each a mousepad of DD and DS.
My MIL is the hardest person to shop for, as she has a very specific color scheme and theme to her home. So, I am kinda scared to buy anything for her=P
Well, MIL and I just had a little falling out a few months ago, so DH is doing the shopping for his family this year since I'm not really feeling so "holly jolly" towards them, but how about a digital photo frame or keychain?
Last year we also did a calendar on shutterfly. If she likes to cook, maybe collect some of her favorite recipes and have a cookbook made (if you go to allrecipies.com you can do this)
My MIL is in a nursing home so she will be getting a robe, nightie and a scrapbook with pictures in it. Her birthday is the 24th so I plan to give her a handmade lap quilt and a sweater.
She got a new laptop for her birthday, so we are getting her a webcam so when we chat she can see what the kids are up to (since that's all she wants to hear about when she calls anyway). She also collects Byer's Choice figures, so we may get her one of those too.
Last year we did a photobook of LM's first year for both grandmas....that was the biggest hit, and I'm not sure if we'll be able to top that one.
Re: Tough Question - What are you getting MIL for Christmas?

Last year we did a calendar for all the parents. They loved it. And, they arent very expensive.
This year we are just giving a few pictures of DS and the family.
