Hey I know you said you were taking the medicine for shingles did you notice a difference in Betty if you BF? I'm not sure if you BF or FF. Eloise's "reflux" symptoms have been so much worse in the past couple days and I started taking the medicine on Tuesday. I don't think it's related but I know they say this medicine shows up in breast milk.

    And did your shingles hurt in your bones? My spine & ribs are killing me. My rash isn't actually even on my ribs but a little below. I keep saying it feels like my bones are going to crumble.
