Food Allergy

I was wrong... it's a wheat allergy.

So, when my daughter was a newborn she spit up like crazy, had blood in her stool, etc. I went off dairy and soy for more than 3 months trying to make her better.  At 6 months she got a blood test and it showed she was not allergic to anything. Just after 6 months she stopped spitting up, so I kind of figured she outgrew it. Then, she got eczema. Pretty mild, but bad enough to know she was allergic to something. Her pedi assumed it was something topical. She got impetigo once, but we treat her eczema with Vaseline and it seems to help. Almost 2 weeks ago, though, I took her into a different pedi with a rash. Turns out it was hives. This pedi agreed that I should take her for allergy testing, especially since she is now over 2 and dh has extreme seasonal allergies. We thought maybe our cat was the culprit, but I still had some food questions. Anyhow, I took her into the allergist on Monday and they did a back panel. They tested for a ton of seasonal stuff, cat, etc. and 4 foods (oat and oranges on my request and also milk and wheat on the allergists). The only thing in the whole back that showed positive - the wheat. It was pretty intense. So... I'm back... trying to collect as much info as I can.
