3 year old gift

Please give me some ideas for a birthday gift for a 3 year old boy.  He has a 4 year old brother and a 7 year old sister, so they already have a bunch of stuff.  I'm looking to spend between $15-$20.

 Does anyone have the Sneaky Snacky Squirrel game?  Is it fun/a good idea?

I can't believe I forgot about Stomp Rockets.  Those things are awesome.  I got them for my godson's sister when she turned 4 and even he could play with it (and he was only 2).

The in laws got DS1 some Stomp Rockets for Christmas. They are basically foam rockets that go on the end of a tube that is attached to a plastic air filled piece. You stomp the air filled piece and the rockets go flying. DS1 loves it so much we've started
