Mobile bumping title: Would you throw the milk out?

DH put LO thawed breastmilk in a bottle that had been used and sitting in the counter for 4 hours. Would you transfer the milk to another bottle and use it or throw it out. It makes me sick to think of throwing it out but I guess since it has been thawed it has to be drank within the hour right? Uuugggghhhhhh so frustrated!

Thanks guys. I just needed someone to tell me to throw it out. It is hard to part with something we work do hard for.

Always throw out a bottle an hour after feeding because baby's mouth will introduce bacteria. It sucks :[
