PW - sorry! Is it strange to plan TTC around vacation?

DH and I are working on our marriage (like so many of us) so we really want to make an effort to do something special next year for our 10 year anniversary.  We are planning a vacation to Bora Bora (YIPPEE!!!!) in early 2014.

So two things are rolling around in my head.

1. Is it silly to TTC while we are working on the marriage? 

2. We had planned to start TTC in October/November/December this year but I'm not sure about traveling halfway around the world while I'm 3-5 months pregnant.  Not to mention some of the fun stuff would be out (parasailing, 4x4 adventure, etc).  So I really wanted a spring/summer baby (really don't want another winter baby!) and that means waiting another 1.5 years rather than a few months to TTC.

I'm so torn...I feel like if we wait until our marriage is perfect it won't happen, and if we wait until after vacation it won't happen.  We both want another LO but timing seems to suck.

Sorry for rambling...just need some perspective.

I think that planning TTC around a big vacation is totally fine.  It's a lot of money to spend to be exhausted and have to skip a lot of things.  As for having the baby in the spring, we had a similar issue.  Ideally I would love to be due
