Post WTF Appt

Hey ladies! I haven't posted in awhile. I was giving myself a break after our c/p in Feb. I have been lurking since then though and am ready to get back in the game. DH and I had our WTF appt last Thursday and we both feel much better now that we have a plan in place.....again. So being that this will be our 3rd FET my RE suggested tat I have a hysteroscopy done to look for scar tissue and such. I agreed. I also brought up doing AH this time since our embryologist was against it at our last transfer. My RE agreed that AH could be done this next transfer. She also suggested DH and I have a karyotype blood test to look at our chromosomes. Any idea how expensive this test may be? Neither of us have any genetic disorders in our family and DH has two genetically normal children from a previous marriage so we are not sure about having this test done. One last thing the RE suggested was for me to have another panel of tests to look for clotting disorders. That way if something is found meds can be given throughout and before a pregnancy to keep my body from rejecting it. Not sure about these tests either. Any insight? We are OOP for all of our fertility tests and care and being that this will be our third round....things are starting to get a bit tight. On my end I plan to start up yoga....add acupuncture (went to my first appt Monday ) and do my best to take care of myself. So.....depending on when my cycle starts (will be starting provera soon) I could either be a May or June transfer. Looking forward to getting going again.

For me the karotyping was free because the OBGYN did it and coded under habitual aborter. For DH we were quoted $424 but ended up paying $1004 + $95 for the lab to read the results. If I had to do it again I would have gone to labcorp or quest and gotten
