I'm glad we can vent here.
I come walking into work - out of breath cause I haven't had my morning water yet...Everyone has to stop and make comments. One person said, "Are you sure you aren't due sooner than June?" I wanted to be snarky and say, "Why yes, I'm sure, I had a miscarriage where I was due in May, so I'm pretty positive." But of course I restrained myself. But same person said, "she's a big baby. she's huge..." It's like, "Really? Can you see her with x-ray vision?"
I have a very small torso so baby really has nowhere to go but out...Grr. It just makes me angry because I don't want her to be huge, I want her to continue being average like she was when she was last measured. Call it my own fears due to my labor goals. So when people say comments like that, I think "Omg! I have GD" or "Omg I will need a c-section." Totally irrational, I am aware, but nonetheless the thoughts cross my running mind.
Thanks for letting me vent.

I totally understand!!
I had a coworker tell me I was huge yesterday. In front of other people. I almost smacked her. I'm 5 feet so there's nowhere for the baby to go but out. And one of my biggest fears is a large baby be

I think a lot of people who make comments like that are either moms who feel like they know it all because they were pregnant once, or they're people who haven't been around a pregnant woman before and don't have anything to compare you to.
