what do you think of this play house

We're thinking of getting DS a playhouse for his 1st birthday.  We have a very simple one now that DD plays in a bit, but is really out growing.  We'd like to get something both of them can enjoy for another few years.  This one looks pretty roomy, WDYT?  Both of my kids are very tall

    The negative reviews mention that it is smaller than they thought it would be.  Suggested end age is 5.  I think it will stand up for a couple of years and I don't think you'll get anything bigger for anywhere close to that price so I say go
