I had a c-section with my daughter, I was so scared when I went into the hospital. After my surgery when I saw and got to hold my daughter while being wheeled back to my room, I thought to myself... "Why was I so scared?" It's not as bad as everyone claims it to be. Only thing I really hated was having to get out of bed the same night I had my c-section but like the nurses said it would be harder to get out of bed the next day if I didn't get up. So to anyone having a c-section, I am praying for all of you. STAY STRONG because it's not as bad as people claim it to be!
GOOD LUCK to all of you!

I had mine on 3/27 and it wasn't that bad at all. A little weird to be chatting it up with my OB while she is down there doing her thing....but still went great. I was up and out of bed within hours of being returned to my room.
I was glad I didn't see the needle that they were putting in my back for the spinal.
But thanks for posting this OP, I think a lot of the misconceptions
