Ear Infection- After Medicine Questions

My 7 month old baby had an ear infection and he was taking azithromycin for it. Now I have noticed that he has like dried ear wax in his ear. When I tried to get it out it goes all the way to like the back of his ear. Should I leave it alone?

    Yes leave it alone. Never stick any object smaller than your fingertip into your child's ear. Nothing should enter the ear canal.

    Is it normal for his ear to leak pinkish fluid after his medicine? He has an appointment in the morning but I am so nervous and I just wanted to knw.
