Just a hello from my light at the end of the tunnel!

Hello all! It has been quite a while since I posted, but we have been busy with DS!

For all of you who have been so supportive during my rants on this board, I cannot thank you enough.

For those of you who are just entering your adoption journey, it is a bumpy, and often long road. But I now understand what all of the other parent posters on this board say about how the emotional roller coaster will seem so far away after you have that sweet bebe' in your arms.

And for those of you who are birth moms, whether your decision to place was recent or long ago, please accept this genuine "Thank you" for making a most courageous decision. No matter why you did it, I admire your strength and trust in adoptive parents.

I'm still lurking on here from time to time, mostly in the wee hours of the morning when DS is trying to decide whether or not he wants to eat. I'll do better at saying hello and providing support!
