New here... HELP

I have been "planning" our first child for years now. I planned our wedding, and honeymoon and everything around getting pregnant. We have a wonderful son who was born last year. When he was 7 months old, we found out we are expecting again. I am due 10/30, so they will be about 15 months apart. I feel so out of control with this pregnancy bc I did not plan it, and I am very scared about doing everything with two babies. We are getting used to the idea, with hopes of being as prepared as possible. I guess Im just looking for some moms to talk to about how they juggle everything. Whats the hardest part? Whats the best part? What can I do for the most effective planning?

    Congrats! My 2 are 13.5 months apart. Even though DS was planned, it was still an adjustment.

    Mine are 14 months apart and my husband and I don't have any family around to help at all. We work opposite days so the kids don't go to daycare (it's difficult but well worth it). I love when my son helps feed his sister and gives her kisses. It isn't
