At LO's six month checkup, our pediatrician said we could start giving her solids three times a day. And she should be getting 30 to 32 ounces of formula on top of that. She does have solids 2 or 3 times a day, but it's only between one and two tablespoons each time. However, her formula intake is only between 24 and 30 ounces. That is all she will take. I can't get her to drink more.
Is that an OK amount or should I call the pediatrician. It just seems too low to me. Any thoughts?
